Laisser chauffer \u00e0 feu doux de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 faire r\u00e9duire le liquide de 2\/3 (+\/- 30 minutes).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajouter une petite cuill\u00e8re de sucre si la sauce est trop acide. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(L\u2019ensemble de ces \u00e9tapes peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es la veille).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00e9cher les magrets, les saler et poivrer. Faire chauffer une po\u00eale avec quelques gouttes d\u2019huile neutre. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Placer les magrets c\u00f4t\u00e9 peau dans la po\u00eale et cuire 6 min. pour bien faire r\u00f4tir le gras. Retourner, laisser griller 4 min. et ajouter les cerises \u00e9goutt\u00e9es dans la po\u00eale. Poursuivre la cuisson 2 min.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verser le jus de kriek au sirop et laisser encore une minute sur le feu afin que tout soit bien chaud.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retirer les magrets de la po\u00eale, les trancher, disposer dans les assiettes et verser la sauce aux cerises par-dessus. Assaisonner d\u2019un m\u00e9lange 5 baies et fleur de sel.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50
