Difficile de faire plus artisanal, au moins dans le nom. L&rsquo;entreprise d\u00e9voilera une\u00a0<em>pale-ale<\/em> avec un petit go\u00fbt de citron, qui sera commercialis\u00e9e\u00a0\u00a5288 pour 35 cL (soit 2,25 EUR).<\/p>\n<h2>Question d&rsquo;image pour Sapporo<\/h2>\n<p>Depuis 10 ans, le march\u00e9 des bi\u00e8res \u00ab\u00a0industrielles\u00a0\u00bb s&rsquo;effondre, alors que la demande pour la bi\u00e8re artisanale n&rsquo;a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi forte. Hiroshi Tokimatsu assure que la bi\u00e8re artisanale ne compte m\u00eame pas pour 1 % des ventes au Japon, mais il esp\u00e8re que ce ratio grimpera entre 1 et 2 % d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Cet engouement est \u00e9galement partag\u00e9 par les autres brasseurs japonais. Kirin a augment\u00e9 sa production de bi\u00e8re artisanale l&rsquo;an dernier, et Asahi a commenc\u00e9 la commercialisation de sa propre bi\u00e8re artisanale en f\u00e9vrier.
