400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">70 g de sucre<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 petite gousse de vanille<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">140 g de chocolat noir<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50 g de petites p\u00e9pites de chocolat<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 oeufs<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">30 cl de cr\u00e8me fleurette enti\u00e8re\u00a0<\/span>(33% ou 35%mg data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mettre au frigo (ou freezer) la cr\u00e8me dans le r\u00e9cipient qui vous servira \u00e0 la monter, ainsi que les fouets du batteur.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verser la bi\u00e8re dans une casserole et garder \u00e0 petite \u00e9bullition jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le volume ait r\u00e9duit de 2\/3 (environ 45 minutes). Plonger la gousse de vanille dans la casserole en fin d\u2019\u00e9bullition.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mettre les 3 oeufs et le sucre au bain marie dans un grand bol. Fouetter les \u0153ufs et le sucre pendant 5 minutes. On obtient une belle mousse cr\u00e9meuse. Laisser refroidir.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retirer la gousse de vanille de la casserole de la bi\u00e8re et ajouter le chocolat. Maintenez l\u2019ensemble \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux en remuant de temps en temps pour faire fondre le chocolat. Laisser refroidir.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Battre la cr\u00e8me pour la monter en chantilly.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avec l\u2019aide d\u2019une maryse, m\u00e9langer la pr\u00e9paration oeuf-sucre \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration bi\u00e8re-chocolat. Incorporer d\u00e9licatement le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 la chantilly, puis ajoutez les p\u00e9pites.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Versez dans un r\u00e9cipient adapt\u00e9 et congelez
