Le duo est coh\u00e9rent et tr\u00e8s parfum\u00e9. Un beau mariage de deux aliments qui enrichissent chacun la d\u00e9gustation de l\u2019autre. D&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 nous avions le Roquefort, avec sa saveur puissante et sa texture crayeuse. \u00a0De l&rsquo;autre, un <strong>Imperial Stout<\/strong> \u00e0 la texture liquoreuse et soyeuse et des ar\u00f4mes de caf\u00e9 torr\u00e9fi\u00e9. Le Stout se marie g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement bien <a href=\"https:\/\/unepetitemousse.fr\/blog\/gateau-chocolat-biere\/\">avec tous les desserts<\/a>, notamment avec ceux \u00e0 base de chocolat ou de fruits rouges. L&rsquo;association avec le Roquefort nous a <strong>vraiment surpris<\/strong> de par sa puissance.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading {\"textAlign\":\"center\",\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center\">Camembert et <a href=\"https:\/\/unepetitemousse.fr\/blog\/sour-gose-berliner-weisse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"17650\">Sour<\/a><\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Le dernier accord bi\u00e8re fromage est sans doute le plus surprenant : Elisabeth a associ\u00e9 le Camembert avec l\u2019acidit\u00e9 d\u2019une <strong>Sour ferment\u00e9e dans une barrique<\/strong> de Sauvignon Blanc. Son profil aromatique s&rsquo;apparente \u00e0 celui d&rsquo;un vin blanc <strong>enrichi\u00a0de fines bulles<\/strong> et pourvu d&rsquo;une acidit\u00e9 surprenante ! Le go\u00fbt qui s\u2019en d\u00e9gage penche sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 lact\u00e9 et citronn\u00e9. Le Camembert est effac\u00e9 et la Sour donne <strong>naissance \u00e0 de nouvelles saveurs<\/strong>, totalement inattendues.<\/p>\n<p>La le\u00e7on a retenir de ces 3 d\u00e9gustations est qu&rsquo;il faut\u00a0<strong>faire ses propres exp\u00e9riences<\/strong>. Tenter des associations in\u00e9dites et, surtout,\u00a0<strong>ne pas avoir peur de se tromper<\/strong>. L&rsquo;association bi\u00e8re et fromage sera toujours d\u00e9licieuse, mais elle peut\u00a0<strong>devenir vraiment magique<\/strong>&#8230; Merci encore \u00e0 Elisabeth Pierre pour tous ses
